Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/AI/EE with extensive AI/ML experience.
• 10+ years programming in Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that impact how associates work and how customers interact with Capital One.
• Design, develop, test, deploy and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, agents, and workflows.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI tech such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, PyTorch, and more.
