Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• 2+ years building production-grade LLM/agentic systems OR 5+ years ML/AI engineering experience shipping LLM-backed products.
• 2+ years integrating large models and modern AI APIs into enterprise products.
• 1+ years designing and scaling AI orchestration architectures including multi-agent frameworks or RAG pipelines.
• 4+ years optimizing application performance for latency and UX, including token management and context-window efficiency.
• 4+ years leveraging AWS/GCP to deploy scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect robust application layers wrapping around AI models for scalable UX.
• Lead engineering workstreams within a pod and mentor junior engineers.
• Deliver intelligent agent‑driven features aligned with business goals.
• Balance product goals with reliability, latency, and cost constraints.
