You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to turn cutting‑edge agentic workflows into reliable, user‑centric features embedded in the Workday stack.

In this role, you’ll work with pre-trained models, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration tools, delivering production‑grade software for enterprise customers.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1+ years working with LLMs or AI APIs.
• Experience with AI orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and prompt optimization.
• 2+ years API integration, backend development, and data pipelines.
• 2+ years Python and modern development workflows (CI/CD).
