Job summary

Dentsu seeks an Associate Director, AI Engineer to design and deliver multi-agent systems that turn data intelligence into automated client workflows. You’ll write production Python, set engineering patterns, and coordinate with offshore teams to deliver scalable AI products.

Leadership includes architecture decisions and hands-on development, collaborating with Data Scientists to ensure resilient agent interfaces and reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with Python.
• 2+ years of hands-on LLMs experience.
• Experience with at least one agent orchestration framework.
• Strong API and distributed system design skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with vector databases and large-scale RAG systems.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to collaborate across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent systems using LLM orchestration frameworks for client-facing AI products.
• Implement end-to-end AI orchestration use cases with reliability and high-quality delivery.
• Create agent interfaces around data science models for conversational access.
• Configure Genie spaces to enable client data exploration and self-service analytics.
• Develop reusable agent components, prompts, and tool libraries for faster deployments.
• Evaluate LLM providers for capability, cost, and latency.
• Collaborate on architecture direction and coding standards with offshore teams.
• Write production-grade Python with CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Work with Data Scientists to understand models and build resilient interfaces.
