Job summary

Dentsu International Americas, LLC is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and implement multi-agent AI systems using leading LLM orchestration frameworks. You will deliver end-to-end AI use cases for clients, build reusable agent components, and collaborate with data scientists to ensure robust, observable production deployments.

Applicants will have 5+ years in software engineering, strong Python, and hands-on LLM experience, plus knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, and modern data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with strong Python skills.
• 2+ years hands-on with LLMs (prompting, RAG, function calls).
• Experience with at least one agent orchestration framework (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Strong API design and distributed systems skills.
• Experience with Azure and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent systems using LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Implement end-to-end AI orchestration use cases for clients with high reliability.
• Create reusable agent components, prompts, and tool libraries.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to understand models and interfaces.
• Write production-grade Python with observability and CI/CD integration.
