Job summary

Dentsu seeks an Associate Director, AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of multi-agent systems transforming data into automated client workflows. You will write production Python, set engineering patterns, and coordinate with an offshore team to ensure scalable, reliable AI products.

Key responsibilities include architecting AI orchestration solutions, building reusable agent components, and collaborating with data scientists to deploy robust interfaces for client-facing use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with strong Python skills.
• 2+ years hands-on with LLMs (prompting, RAG, function calling).
• Experience with at least one agent orchestration framework (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Strong system design, API architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containers, preferably Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent systems using LLM orchestration frameworks for client-facing AI products.
• Implement end-to-end AI orchestration use cases for clients with reliable delivery.
• Create reusable agent components, prompts, and tool libraries for future deployments.
• Collaborate with offshore teams on architecture, patterns, and coding standards.
• Write production-grade Python with observability, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Partner with data scientists to integrate models into resilient agent interfaces.
• Contribute to architecture docs and runbooks.
