Job summary

TIFIN is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own the architecture of our AI agents, designing multi-agent workflows, evaluation systems, and grounded answers for real financial questions. You will work closely with product and client teams, ensuring traceability of every number to its source and expanding the capabilities of our AI platform.

You will collaborate across engineering and product to improve security, latency, and cost, while shipping in short cycles and maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping agentic AI to real users.
• Deep ML knowledge with fine-tuning or distillation.
• Experience with RAG systems and grounding.
• Strong Python and ML stack knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent production workflows.
• Create evaluation system with tests and CI gates.
• Build a retrieval system with grounded answers and citations.
• Develop context layer with secure, scalable architecture.
