Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Agentic systems shipped to production with patterns like ReAct, Planning, Reflection, and Multi-Agent Orchestration.
• Evaluation frameworks such as LLM-as-a-Judge and trace-based testing used to ensure quality over time.
• Hands-on work with frontier model APIs (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic) including function calling and streaming.
• Strong Python for AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Architect Agentic Systems: design and implement production-grade agentic workflows.
• Operationalize Agents in Production: manage prototyping through production deployment with lifecycle considerations.
• Evolve Multi-Model Intelligence: synthesize outputs from multiple models to identify sentiment and surface actionable insights.
• Build Scalable Cloud Infrastructure: design serverless backend services (Python, AWS Lambda) with observability.
• Drive Evaluation and Quality: implement evaluation pipelines and test regimes for agent outputs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with software engineers and product managers to integrate agentic behaviors into production.
