You will design agentic experiences, build LLM-powered flows, and ensure safe handling of loyalty data and PII across the stack. The role spans frontend, backend, and AI orchestration, turning balances and tier data into personalized actions.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ship measurable customer experiences and raise engineering quality through robust tests and observability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Hands-on experience in AI, LLM, agent, workflow, or ML-powered products.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, async workflows, and observability.
• Comfort with AI safety patterns and handling PII-sensitive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered product experiences for loyalty wallets via chat, wallet surfaces, and recommendations.
• Develop production AI systems with structured outputs, tool calls, and guardrails.
• Own agent and workflow quality through tests, evals, and monitoring.
• Integrate across frontend, backend, and AI orchestration layers.
• Turn loyalty data and trip context into personalized recommendations.
