Job summary

Navan is seeking an Internal AI Innovation Lead to drive an AI-first mindset across our workforce. You will blend product management with hands-on AI expertise to build internal AI environments, communities, and educational frameworks that empower every department.

Your role includes cultivating a network of AI Champions who can build AI proof-of-concept solutions to solve real business challenges and drive rapid AI adoption across Navan.

Qualifications

• Strong fluency with modern AI tools, GenAI platforms, and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing internal AI environments and programs.
• Ability to mentor cross-functional teams in AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI environments as products with adoption goals and guardrails.
• Lead AI education, workshops, and resource hubs to upskill teams.
• Guide business-led POCs with rapid prototyping and validation.
• Cultivate a cross-departmental network of AI Champions.
• Drive an AI-first culture by evaluating new tools and embedding AI in operations.
