Navan seeks an AI-savvy Internal AI Innovation Lead to foster an AI-first mindset across the workforce, building internal AI environments, a champion network, and educational frameworks to empower every department.

The role prioritizes cultivating AI Champions, rapid internal POC development, and scaling education and enablement programs to accelerate widespread, responsible AI adoption across Navan.

Qualifications

• Strong fluency with GenAI platforms, custom agents, and prompt engineering.
• Experience treating internal platforms or programs as products with adoption metrics.
• Ability to design engaging training and build active employee communities.
• Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and communication to embed an AI-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI Environments as Products: internal platforms, tools, and sandboxes as products with adoption and guardrails.
• Lead AI Education & Support Plans: design training programs, workshops, and resource hubs to upskill teams.
• Guide Business-Led POCs: partner with business units to build and test AI prototypes quickly.
• Cultivate AI Champions: build and mentor a cross-department community of AI advocates.
• Drive an AI-First Culture: stay ahead of AI tools and embed AI into daily operations.
