You will own an AI training coach, turn learning objectives into high-quality workshops, and partner with autonomy experts to craft curricula, labs, and assessments, aligning with product releases and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI engineering contributor.
• Own an AI training coach delivering context-aware guidance.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Hivemind engineering and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered products, content systems, and measurement capabilities for faster learning.
• Create tooling to convert learning objectives and product changes into high-quality workshops; develop curricula, labs, and assessments.
• Partner with autonomy experts to produce deeply technical curricula, labs, and assessments.
