You will own end-to-end technical delivery, collaborate with product and risk teams, and mentor engineers while ensuring resilience, explainability, and auditability in a regulated banking setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Technical Lead or similar senior engineering role.
• Strong hands-on software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Experience applying Generative AI and LLMs to real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support production-grade AI software and services at scale.
• Own technical solutions end-to-end from problem definition to deployment and improvement.
• Lead technical design and architecture of AI products in a regulated environment.
