- 8+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in Generative AI and agentic AI.
- 5+ years leading technical teams and complex AI projects.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP for AI infrastructure.
- Strong portfolio of production AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- GenAI Delivery Leadership: drive roadmap and end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: grow and guide AI engineers and specialists.
- End-to-End Solution Delivery: design and deploy production-grade GenAI apps.
- Agentic Solution Delivery: architect agent harnesses and multi-agent systems.
- Governance & Ethical Deployment: enforce guardrails and privacy compliance.
