Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of scalable AI, ML, and agentic solutions on Databricks. You will partner with clients and EY teams to deliver end-to-end data-driven platforms, emphasizing responsible AI and production readiness.

The role involves heavy client interaction, travel as needed, and growing your career in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will design, implement, and govern data pipelines and AI solutions, applying ML, generative AI, and agentic AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 3–6 years of full-time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification with multiple certs.
• Strong Python, PySpark, Scala skills.
• Ability to collaborate across hybrid/global teams.
• Experience building production AI/ML on Databricks.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into model engineering activities.
• Build data pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Monitor and optimize learning with MLflow.
• Design ontologies and semantic models for AI.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps.
• Deliver production-grade AI pipelines end-to-end.
• Support client engagements with hybrid teams.
• Maintain solution reliability and value delivery.
