Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI, Data & Engineering team. You will research, build, and deploy scalable AI, ML, generative AI, and agentic systems on Databricks, working closely with clients and EY teams to deliver value across diverse environments.

You will enhance data pipelines, improve learning processes, and ensure responsible engineering while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps. Travel with clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 3–6 years of full-time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification with multiple credentials.
• Strong Python, PySpark, and/or Scala skills.
• Experience building production AI/ML on Databricks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in hybrid/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Research scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems to meet business needs.
• Build data engineering pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Monitor and optimize learning processes with MLflow and tracing.
• Design and govern ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions.
• Travel to engage with external clients as needed.
