Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead scalable AI and machine learning initiatives on Databricks. You will build production‑grade data pipelines, deploy generative AI solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across clients, ensuring responsible AI practices.

You'll work in a hybrid model with heavy client interaction, shaping and delivering AI use cases and scalable platforms while advancing your career with EY's global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of full‑time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification with professional and associate certifications.
• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, and/or Scala.
• Experience delivering production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• DevOps and AI SDLC experience (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps on Databricks.
• Understanding of Responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Researching and implementing scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Building data engineering pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Monitoring and optimizing learning processes using MLflow and tracing.
• Designing ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions and data products.
• This role may require travel to engage with external clients.
