Job summary

EY’s AI, Data & Engineering team seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design scalable AI/ML solutions on Databricks for diverse clients. You’ll partner with clients and EY teams to deliver generative AI use cases and data platforms, shaping architectures and driving value.

You’ll work across data pipelines, model training, deployment, and governance with focus on responsible AI and MLOps. Travel may be required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree).
• 3–6 years of full‑time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification (1 pro + 1 associate).
• Strong Python, PySpark, or Scala skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, hybrid, global teams.
• Experience building production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ML and generative AI solutions.
• Build data engineering pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Monitor and optimize learning processes with MLflow.
• Define ontologies and semantic models for AI deployments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, cloud engineers, and DevOps.
• Deliver production‑grade AI pipelines with governance.
