EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of scalable AI, ML, and agentic systems on the Databricks platform. You will work directly with clients and EY teams to deliver advanced data and AI solutions, from data pipelines to deployed agents.

The role emphasizes production-grade delivery, governance of ontologies, and collaboration across diverse teams in a hybrid, on-site/remote setup. A strong foundation in Python, ML, and Databricks is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field.
• 3-6 years of full-time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks certification recommended.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and/or Scala.
• Strong collaboration across hybrid/global teams.
• Experience building production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Build data engineering pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize learning processes with MLflow and tracing.
• Design and govern ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions.
• Travel with clients as needed for engagements.
• Deliver production-grade AI pipelines and agents.
