Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks an AI Software Engineer to anchor our AI/Automation practice. You will build data-driven AI capabilities and deploy them in cloud-native environments for federal missions.

Under mentorship, you will drive agentic AI lifecycles, collaborate with engineers and data scientists, and contribute to scalable, secure AI solutions with emphasis on reliability and mission impact.

Qualifications

• <p>Degree(s) in CS/AI/ML or related field.</p>
• <p>3-7 years of hands-on AI/ML solutions delivery.</p>
• <p>Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and tool calls.</p>

Responsibilities

• <p>Generative AI & LLM usage on projects.</p>
• <p>Agentic AI system development and tool calls.</p>
• <p>Maintain software engineering principles in AI workflows.</p>
• <p>Collaborate with data engineers/scientists to build agent AI systems.</p>
• <p>Automate model deployment workflows with IaC and CI/CD.</p>
• <p>Monitor AI systems and optimize performance.</p>
• <p>Write clean, well-documented code per federal guidelines.</p>
• <p>Stay current on AI/ML trends and mentor others.</p>
