Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/AI/Engineering.
• 6+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies.
• Strong Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java programming.
• Experience leading AI systems with cost, latency, throughput and accuracy tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components.
• Lead multi-model orchestration pipelines and LLM inference workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Establish governance, observability, and cost-performance reviews for AI systems.
