The role focuses on developing AI software, training models, and optimizing large-scale AI systems in production. You will work with a broad stack including AWS, HuggingFace, PyTorch, and VectorDBs, while aligning with governance and cost-performance goals to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with several years of AI/ML experience
• 6+ years programming in Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java
• Experience leading development of AI systems and tradeoffs on cost/latency/throughput

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-powered products with cross-functional teams
• Design, train, deploy, and support foundation models, LLMs, and agents
• Utilize OSS and SaaS AI tech (AWS Ultraclusters, HuggingFace, PyTorch)
• Optimize multi-model orchestration pipelines and governance
• Mentor engineers and contribute to long-term AI system roadmaps
