Job summary

Coderio in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI Engineering Core initiatives. You will design, build, and operate reusable AI capabilities, LLM gateways, and guardrails across the organization to enable safe, observable GenAI adoption.

You will own delivery end-to-end—from problem framing and architecture through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration—while collaborating with cross-functional teams on scalable AI foundations and developer tooling.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience (typically 5+ years) delivering and operating production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Strong hands-on Python and cloud engineering skills, with experience in GenAI deployments.
• Ability to design reusable AI capabilities, guardrails, and observable pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate production-grade, reusable AI capabilities used by multiple teams.
• Build and evolve LLM gateways, proxies, and model routing with prompt strategies.
• Design evaluation frameworks and observability pipelines to measure latency, security, and costs.
• Define standards for production AI adoption, including testing, versioning, and incident response.
• Own delivery end-to-end from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
