Job summary

Zania is building agentic AI for GRC to solve governance, risk, and compliance with production systems, not dashboards. You will own AI-native products that set a new global standard in GRC, building and fine-tuning models with proprietary data and creating multi-step agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in applied AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based systems (fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows).
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build & fine-tune models with proprietary data for high accuracy.
• Develop multi-step agentic AI workflows for complex GRC processes.
• Champion responsible AI: explainability, safety, transparency, auditable systems.
• Drive rapid evaluation and integration of state-of-the-art research into production features.
