Job summary

Zania is seeking a Director of Marketing to own category narrative, positioning, and demand generation for its agentic GRC platform. You will partner with founders and sales to drive pipeline and revenue, shaping messaging across security, risk, and compliance audiences.

You will build the marketing engine—from category storytelling and launches to executive programs and demand-gen, while hiring and mentoring a lean team and measuring funnel performance to optimize CAC and ARR.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth SaaS or tech.
• Experience marketing to enterprise security, risk, or IT buyers (cybersecurity, GRC, or related).
• Proven track record of generating measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the category narrative and positioning for agentic GRC.
• Build and manage a marketing plan and targets; drive enterprise pipeline with sales and founders.
• Lead product marketing launches, develop customer stories, and enable sales to win against incumbents.
• Design executive programs (CSO dinners, roundtables, analyst relations) and manage events.
• Hire and mentor a small marketing team; set cadence and performance metrics.
• Instrument the funnel; optimize CAC, attribution, and budget allocation.
