EY’s AI, Data & Engineering team is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and deliver scalable AI/ML and agentic systems on Databricks. You will partner with clients and EY teams to shape generative AI use cases, data solutions, and scalable platforms in a fast‑paced, client‑facing role.

You will lead data pipelines, apply MLflow and Unity Catalog, and drive responsible AI practices while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps in a hybrid environment across US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-6 years of full‑time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification with practical and associate certs.

Responsibilities

• Research, build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Develop data engineering pipelines and AI workflows for clients.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve learning models and pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid model to deliver production‑grade AI solutions.
• Guide clients on configuring and operating AI/ML systems at scale.
