Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of full‑time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification with professional/associate levels.
• Strong Python/Scala/PySpark skills.
• Experience with Databricks AI tooling (MLflow, Unity Catalog).
• Proficient in AI/ML production workflows and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in hybrid/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Researching and implementing scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Building data pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Monitoring and optimizing models with MLflow and tracing.
• Designing governance models and ontologies for AI solutions.
• Travel to engage with external clients as needed.
