Job summary

FullStack Labs is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams and deliver AI-enabled systems in production environments. You will diagnose business problems with executives, architect solutions, and ship scalable applications that prove value in real-world workflows.

The role blends consultancy, technical execution, and hands-on engineering, requiring strong communication, fast iteration, and ownership across discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree is required.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.
Experience owning CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Embed with the enterprise team, architect the system, build it, and prove it in the real environment.
Lead client-facing discovery calls and decompose unstructured business problems.
Own end-to-end delivery and drive CI/CD pipelines across projects.
