East West Bank is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions across the bank. The role starts hands-on while establishing AI engineering foundations, standards, and a small, high-performing team.

The individual will design and deploy AI for prioritized banking use cases, ensuring security, compliance, and measurable adoption. Strong Azure-based skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in software/AI engineering with production AI delivery.
• Experience leading AI initiatives from strategy to production.
• Strong Python, API design, microservices, and cloud architecture.
• Deep experience with Azure ecosystem and enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, governance, and risk awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications for banking use cases.
• Architect LLM-enabled solutions including retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows.
• Build production-grade services with Python and cloud-native patterns.
• Integrate AI into enterprise apps, workflows, and knowledge platforms.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, observability, security, and governance.
• Mentor AI engineers and help drive adoption metrics.
