Job summary

East West Bank is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of scalable, AI-enabled business solutions across core banking capabilities. You will own requirements, process architecture, and outcomes, partnering with business, technology, risk, and operations in an agile model.

You’ll drive rapid prototyping, governance, and measure value with KPIs, while embedding risk and compliance from inception. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in process design, application/product design, or workflow transformation in financial services.
• Experience designing AI-enabled solutions (GenAI/LLM) in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Proficient in BPMN, use cases, user stories, data flow mapping, and functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis and solution design for payments, FX, corporate banking, and digital channels.
• Translate business needs into process models, use cases, and data flow maps suitable for engineering.
• Design AI-enabled workflows with governance, explainability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Prototype rapidly with stakeholders using low-code tools and UI wireframes before full build.
• Own API-enabled workflow design and integration across banking systems and channels.
• Lead agile ceremonies and prioritize outcomes to deliver value consistently.
• Embed risk, compliance, and audit controls from inception into designs.
• Define KPIs and executive reporting for transformation initiatives.
