Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer in a hybrid role with 4 days onsite per week. The position supports a Financial Services client and partners with multiple business units to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that automate processes and boost productivity.

Expect hands-on ownership of AI initiatives and collaboration with stakeholders across lending, payments, fraud, and more. The role requires 4+ years of AI/ML experience, strong Python, and expertise in LLM-powered applications

Qualifications

4+ years of dedicated AI/ML Engineering experience.
Proven experience owning and delivering AI initiatives from business requirements through architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying end-to-end LLM-powered applications and AI agents utilizing platforms such as Claude, Copilot, Bedrock, and other leading tools.
Experience with model selection, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding strategies, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across lending, loan operations, payments, marketing, HR, fraud, and other units to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
Build and support AI agents, copilots, RAG solutions, and workflow automation tools.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end from concept through production deployment and scale enterprise AI capabilities.
