Harnham in Houston is seeking an experienced AI/Software Engineer to design and build AI agents and agentic workflows that reason across complex business processes. You will develop secure integrations with enterprise systems and data sources, and own end-to-end features from backend to frontend.

The role requires 8+ years of production-grade software experience, including recent AI agent development, with strong LLM, RAG, and orchestration expertise.

Qualificações

• 8+ years building production-grade software and recent, dedicated experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, tool calling, or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Full stack development across APIs, backend services, and frontend applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows combining LLMs, APIs, RAG, and business logic.
• Build secure integrations with enterprise applications, databases, and knowledge sources.
• Develop agent memory, context, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks for reliable production use.
• Build data pipelines and Databricks Lakehouse-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
