Job summary

Usersnap, part of saas.group, is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design and ship AI-powered features end-to-end. You will own architecture decisions, work closely with engineers, and help ensure production-quality AI capabilities across the product.

You’ll tackle LLMs, embeddings, and related tooling, building patterns for the team and maintaining strong collaboration with Product and Engineering. This is a remote, IC-level role with technical ownership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, shipped AI features to production.
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and AI tooling in live systems.
• Ability to own architecture decisions and drive features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-powered features across the product, from prototyping through production quality.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, and related AI tooling to solve product problems.
