Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own the design and delivery of autonomous agents and AI-native systems in production. You will build production-grade applications on top of foundation models, focusing on reliability, observability, and low latency.

You will architect advanced RAG pipelines and vector database strategies, enabling real-time, relevant context for agents. This role requires ownership across architecture and product direction.

Qualifications

• The candidate has production AI experience with large language models, agents, or similar AI tech in a startup, research, or developer-tool setting.
• Deep knowledge of agentic systems: agent frameworks, tool/function calling, autonomous planning and reasoning loops.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript (Node.js) skills with practical project experience.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and building scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration systems for complex tasks.
• Build production-grade AI applications on top of foundation models with focus on reliability and low latency.
• Architect RAG pipelines and vector DB strategies for real-time context.
• Develop tool-calling, planning, reasoning, and autonomous execution workflows.
• Contribute to AI developer tools and internal frameworks to accelerate delivery.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and Evals to monitor production models and agents.
• Implement monitoring, fine-tuning, testing, and optimization for accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate foundation models into user-facing solutions.
