Job summary

6sense is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI team, reporting to the Head of AI. You will build explainable AI that turns signals into actionable insights for products like RevvyAI, powering APIs and MCP servers.

This is a build-and-ship role with full ownership from data to production across distributed teams in the US and India. You will own ML problems end to end, develop enterprise-scale NLP and retrieval-based systems, and collaborate with Product and GTM to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience building and deploying ML systems in production with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong foundation in ML and statistics with NLP, transformers, embeddings, and retrieval-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tooling (LangGraph, LangChain, Bedrock).
• Strong Python skills and experience building distributed ML pipelines on cloud infra (AWS, Databricks).
• Solid feature engineering, model evaluation, and MLOps practices.
• A product mindset—build AI products with customer impact in mind.
• Excellent communication to explain complex tech to product/business partners.

Responsibilities

• Own ML problems end to end—from data exploration to deployment and monitoring.
• Build NLP and AI systems at enterprise scale, incl. retrieval-based architectures and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop ranking, recommendation, and prediction models that are explainable.
• Partner with Product and GTM to ship capabilities.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of production ML systems.
• Explain work clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and engage with customers.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering excellence.
