Job summary

GameChanger, a remote-first tech company based in New York City, is building an AI Enablement team. We seek a Senior AI Engineer to create AI-powered developer tooling and agentic workflows that accelerate engineering teams and improve software quality.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, shape the roadmap, and ship solutions from discovery to production. Strong backend and full-stack skills, plus production AI experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Hands-on AI experience with production systems and agentic workflows.
• Experience integrating AI into software development workflows.
• Clear cross-team communication and collaboration.
• Experience in developer tooling or platform enablement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities to improve software development with AI.
• Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI tooling and workflows.
• Develop AI-assisted engineering workflows (code review, testing, triage).
• Evolve shared AI infrastructure for model access and cost controls.
• Create evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops for reliability and adoption.
• Develop reusable AI patterns across backend, web, iOS, and Android.
• Drive adoption with documentation, training, and partner collaboration.
• Partner with Security, Platform, QE, Product, and Design on guardrails.
