Job summary

GameChanger is building an AI Enablement team to accelerate software development. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will build AI-powered developer tooling, agentic workflows, and shared capabilities to help engineering move faster and ship with confidence.

You will work with engineering teams to identify high‑impact opportunities, design and roll out solutions, and develop infrastructure that supports AI usage across the org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with strong backend and full‑stack fundamentals.
• Experience building and operating AI‑powered systems in production.
• Depth with LLMs, tool use, agentic workflows, and evaluations.
• Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact AI opportunities, partnering with teams to shape solutions.
• Design, build, deploy, and operate production‑grade AI tooling and workflows.
• Develop AI‑assisted engineering workflows: review, testing, triage, automation.
• Build shared AI infrastructure for model access, integrations, observability, cost controls.
• Create evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops to measure impact.
• Develop reusable skills, plugins, integrations, and engineering patterns.
• Drive adoption through docs, training, and ongoing feedback.
• Collaborate with Security, Platform, QE, Product, and Design on guardrails.
