Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of full-time AI/ML experience across production environments.
• Databricks Certification with Data Engineer and ML tracks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems that meet business requirements.
• Build data engineering pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize learning processes with MLflow and tracing.
• Design and govern domain ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions.
• Travel to engage with external clients as needed.
