Job summary

EY’s AI, Data & Engineering team in the United States seeks a Senior AI Engineer to lead generative AI and scalable ML initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will collaborate with clients and EY teams to shape and deliver AI use cases, data pipelines, and enterprise data products in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will drive end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring governance, scalability, and alignment with client business processes, while leveraging cutting-edge tools and methods across

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of full-time working experience in AI and/or Machine Learning
• Databricks Certification with a minimum of 1 professional and 1 associate certification that includes Data Engineer, Machine Learning, Generative AI Engineer, or Context Engineering
• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, and/or Scala
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on Databricks

Responsibilities

• Researching and implementing scalable machine learning, generative AI, and agentic systems that meet business requirements
• Building data engineering pipelines, AI solutions on Databricks
• Evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing learning processes on Databricks with MLflow evaluation and tracing
