You’ll own end-to-end AI initiatives, work across data, APIs, and integrations, and collaborate with leadership to measure ROI and adoption while shaping our AI-driven customer experience strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years building customer-facing or operational AI/automation systems in CX.
• Ability to work independently across data, APIs and integration points.
• Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with automation workflows and integration platforms.
• Demonstrated honesty in assessing feasibility and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI systems that empower CX teams with real-time health data and insights.
• Develop automations and digital touchpoints to reduce manual work and scale expertise.
• Translate stakeholder problems into system requirements and integrate with Salesforce and data infra.
• Own lifecycle: deploy, monitor, iterate, and measure ROI and adoption.
