Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in data engineering, data science, software engineering, or MLOps focusing on AI deployment.
• 4+ years designing cloud solutions with AWS/Azure/GCP equivalents.
• 4+ years programming with Linux Shell/CLI, Python, SQL, PowerShell, etc.
• 2+ years leading technical delivery
• 2+ years DevOps and CI/CD tools: Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins
• 2+ years experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL/Neo4j)
• 2+ years deployment and optimization: Kubernetes, Docker, NVIDIA TensorRT/Triton, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow, Kafka
• Live within commuting distance to one of Deloitte's consulting offices
• Ability to travel 10% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Master's degree and AWS/Azure certifications preferred
• GPU computing experience (CUDA/OpenCL) and HPC stack preferred
• Salary range discussion in posting includes, e.g., $128,000 to $252,500

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design, develop, and deploy new architectures to support machine learning & automation applications
• Leverage advanced data architecture and data transformation using cloud or on-prem tech
• Design scalable data architectures for client and AI/GenAI use cases
• Define schemas and data pipelines to support algorithm deployment
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scale, security, and availability
• Adopt best engineering practices in AI infrastructure and design patterns
• Lead technology proofs of concepts for new data and cloud tech
• Mentor junior members on technical practices
• Meet deadlines and build strong professional relationships
• Lead projects or workstreams while coordinating with teams
