You’ll join the Automations team to productionize the platform, maintain live agents, data pipelines, and robust CI, while extending capabilities across websites and CMSs.

This role emphasizes reliability, observability, and disciplined feedback loops, with a focus on meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, focused on production ML/LLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python; experience with frontend tech is a plus.
• Experience building reliable eval frameworks and observability for AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Build eval harnesses and CI-gated agent changes.
• Improve agent observability and provenance tracking.
• Ensure data lineage and auditable outputs for agent decisions.
• Develop end-to-end agent workflows with human review.
• Create interfaces for non-engineers to run and trust agent work.
