Crexi is seeking an AI Engineer to design multi-step agentic workflows that transform user intent into real actions using LangGraph and LangChain. You will build retrieval pipelines over Crexi's proprietary CRE data and monitor systems for reliability and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
• 2+ years hands-on building LLM-powered applications in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step agentic workflows using LangGraph/LangChain to move from user intent to completed actions.
• Build evaluation frameworks and production monitoring (offline evals, human-in-the-loop annotation).
• Build context/retrieval pipelines over Crexi's proprietary CRE data for complex queries.
• Work with Anthropic frontier models on AWS Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore for runtime, identity, and memory.
