Job summary

Spyrosoft is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions from data preparation to deployment. You will collaborate with agile teams to build end-to-end AI pipelines and autonomous agents capable of reasoning and tool use.

You will work with Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock, and related frameworks to craft robust AI applications, ensure safety, and translate AI outputs into business value for clients. Polish B2 and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• MSc in AI or related field.
• Several years hands-on ML/AI engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Production deployment and MLOps experience.
• Fluent in English; Polish B2 is required.
• Nice to have PyTorch or TensorFlow knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using major cloud platforms.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows with modern frameworks.
• Develop intelligent apps combining LLMs, retrieval, tool execution, and memory for autonomous tasks.
• Implement robust RAG pipelines, grounding, and enterprise search integrations.
• Engineer production-grade agent evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams across the full AI lifecycle.
• Analyze large datasets to extract value and insights.
• Advise clients on GenAI and agentic architectures during engagements.
