BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Principal Software and AI Engineer to act as the senior technical authority for AI-powered drug development applications, focusing on protocol generation and clinical trial execution.

You will shape R&D AI strategy, set engineering direction, and personally build critical components within a validated SDLC. You will lead multi‑agent architectures, evaluate frontier models, and ensure GxP, data privacy, and security compliance while mentoring engineers and

Qualifikationen

Education: Bachelor’s with 7+ years, Master’s with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years.
Software/AI leadership with end‑to‑end product ownership in a large-scale AI context.
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences is strongly preferred.

Mentor engineers through code reviews, designs, and guidance.
