Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, BI, Product Analytics, ML, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with hands-on experience analyzing complex datasets.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Experience defining and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex business and clinical challenges into AI-enabled insights and decisions.
• Design, develop, and enhance analytical products using trusted data and AI capabilities.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, trend analysis, segmentation, and root-cause analysis.
• Explore AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents) to build AI-powered analytics experiences.
• Define and track KPIs, product adoption, and business outcomes to drive improvement.
