BeOne is seeking a Senior Manager, AI implementation to operationalize AI capabilities across Commercial and Medical teams. You will lead semantic layering, governance, and RAG-enabled experiences to empower AI-driven insights and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Biomedical Informatics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and governance of a semantic layer on top of the data warehouse.
• Define data representations for AI use across commercial/medical data assets.
• Design an insight generation engine with governance and explainability.
