WorkWave builds AI-powered software and offers a flexible, collaborative remote environment. We are seeking a senior software engineer who ships Python-based ML features and production-grade systems.

You will own the serving path, optimize latency and cost, and work with Bedrock and AWS tools, focusing on verification, evaluation loops, and retrieval over real data to deliver reliable agent experiences.
