Job summary

CI&T is seeking an AI engineer to design, develop, and refine intelligent AI agents powered by Large Language Models on an AI-driven media planning platform.

You will leverage AWS Bedrock and Python to build reliable agentic workflows, optimize prompting and orchestration, and implement evaluation frameworks and tests to ensure accuracy, security, and scalability in production.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and structured output generation.
• Experience building AI agents and AI-powered applications for production use.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-based development practices.

Job description

• You will develop, evaluate, and improve intelligent AI agents powered by Large Language Models on an AI-powered media planning platform.
• You will work with AWS Bedrock and modern AI technologies to build reliable agentic workflows and optimize agent behavior.
• You will ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, secure, and consistent, directly impacting production AI quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and LLM-powered applications using Python and AWS services.
• Implement and optimize prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and intelligent decision-making workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, performance baselines, and automated tests for agent accuracy, reliability, and regression validation.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or software development with production AI applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and structured output generation.
• Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch) and software engineering best practices including CI/CD and cloud-based development.
