Partner Company is building an AI-powered media planning platform. We seek an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and evaluate AI agents powered by LLMs using Python and AWS Bedrock.

You will implement prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks to measure performance, while optimizing latency and costs through experimentation. This remote role offers a collaborative, remote-first team focused on scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and LLM-powered applications using Python and AWS services.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in AI engineering with production AI applications and strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and structured output generation.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch and software engineering best practices.
